What is the best way to send you files?
Compress (.zip file) files whenever possible
Email attachents are usually fine for up to 10MB
For large files (10MB+) contact us for FTP instructions. We can either create a secure folder on our FTP account or access yours to pick the files.
Files can be put on CD & mailed if necessary via any carier you desire.
What is your policy regarding confidentiality/non-disclosure?
It is our company policy to treat all client correspondence & information as confidential. If you have an NDC agreement you would like us to sign, simply forward it to us for review and we can return it promptly. We do not provide NDC's for our clients.
